Who I am

Coaching that comes from experience.

I'm Ant. I've been coaching since 2018 and I've helped hundreds of people get off the stop-start cycle and actually build something that lasts.

The Real Life Results method didn't come from a textbook. It came from years of trial and error — including my own. I used to work 48 to 60 hour weeks in a factory on 12 hour shifts and still trained 3 to 5 times a week. Not because I had loads of spare time. Because I figured out how to make it fit.

That's the foundation of everything I do. Your plan has to work in your actual life. Not in a perfect version of it.

Outside of coaching I've got three kids, I coach professional wrestling and I write music at home. Life is busy. I get it more than most.
