This is the core of what I do. Ongoing 1:1 coaching, built completely around your life. We start with where you actually are — not where you think you should be — and build a plan that fits your week, your job, your family, your food.

Every week we check in. If something's not working we change it. The plan is never fixed — it adjusts because your life isn't fixed. That's not a workaround, that's the point.

The goal isn't just to get you results over 12 weeks. It's to build something you know how to maintain after. That's what makes this different from every other plan you've tried.

Program built around your actual week. Foundations in place. No overwhelming you with ten things to change at once. We start with what's sustainable.

WKS 3–6
Progression + Consistency

Momentum starts to build. Habits becoming more automatic. Plan adjusts weekly based on how your real weeks are going — not how they're supposed to go.

WKS 7–10
Tighten + Build Capacity

This is where it starts to click. Energy up, clothes fitting differently, confidence in and out of the gym. Results you can actually feel — not just see on a scale.

WKS 11–12
Consolidate + Keep Going

Results locked in. More importantly — you know how to keep them. This isn't a 12-week fix. It's building something you can maintain long after we're done.
